Will someone be home with the dog on a typical work/school day?

How will you be housing your dog?

Where would the puppy or dog be housed during the day if no one is home?

Are you planning to go to obedience classes if needed?

Have you completed any AKC (or another registry) competition titles on other dogs

Do you have a veterinarian?

Since this puppy is purchased as a family companion and is not going to be bred, do you agree to have the pup spayed or neutered at the age that AKC recommends?

If you are military and you know you will eventually PCS out of the country, have you investigated the export/import requirements and costs?

Do you agree that you will bring your pet with you wherever your PCS is and not leave your pet behind?

If you are eligible to be placed on our waiting list, are you willing to pay the nonrefundable 500 dollars deposit to be placed on one of the next available litters of the waiting list?
